This document is a public offer to provide digital services (the “Agreement”) between:

Services are provided on a freelance basis under individual agreements, without formal incorporation.
Operating globally, in accordance with international freelance practices.

By requesting or using my services, you agree to the following terms:
1. ServicesI provide digital services such as website development, SEO optimization, digital marketing, AI automation, and related consulting. The scope of services is defined individually with each client before work begins.
2. PaymentsAll payments are made via agreed-upon methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, crypto). Services are typically prepaid in full or split into milestones as agreed with the client.
3. Delivery & RevisionsWork is delivered in digital format. Revisions are included if agreed beforehand. Deadlines and results are discussed and documented in writing (email or messaging).
4. Client ResponsibilitiesThe client provides necessary access, materials, and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing input may affect delivery time.
5. RefundsRefunds are only possible if I fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe, and only for the portion of work not completed.
6. Data & PrivacyAll client information and project data are kept confidential and are never shared without permission.
7. No Guarantees of Ranking or ResultsWhile I aim to provide professional services, I do not guarantee specific rankings, conversions, or outcomes due to factors outside of my control.
8. JurisdictionThis Agreement is governed by international freelance practices and good faith. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, international arbitration or online mediation may be used.
